A Non-Invasive/General Cardiologist position at IU Health Southern Indiana Physicians involves providing inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care within a university community setting in Bloomington, Indiana. The role includes patient consultations, diagnostic imaging such as Nuclear and TEE, and potential involvement in teaching medical students and residents. The position offers a full-time schedule with comprehensive benefits, call duties, and opportunities to expand CT and MRI cardiology programs.

IU Health Southern Indiana Physicians , part of the largest and most comprehensive healthcare system in Indiana,is seeking a Non-Invasive/General Cardiologist to join a well-established and collegial teamof 12 Physicians and 12 advancedproviders. Practice medicinein a university community within adiverse cultural environment, located in beautiful Bloomington, Indiana! Participate in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents, if desired. Experience in reading CTA and/or MRIis preferred but not required.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm(with 1 day off every other week)
• 20% inpatient and 80% outpatient
• Patient volume includes: 16/day in office & 15-18/day in hospital
• Weekday call; 1:6and Weekend call is 1:5
• Robust volume of Nuclear and TEE imaging with room to grow the CT and MRI programs
• Clinical outpatient (only) outreach to other location(s) 1 day per week

Qualifications :

• Fellowship training in Cardiology, required
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Physician licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
• Visa sponsorship available; H-1B and J1

Compensation Details :
