Catering Assistant/Delivery Driver

Catering Assistant/Delivery Driver is a part time position. You will be a member of the Chick-fil-A family and will help uphold our high standards of quality presentation, service, and hospitality. The ideal candidate must be able to execute Chick-fil-A standards with a emphasis on attention to detail. Clear and excellent communication skills are paramount to help us meet our guest's expectations with their catering orders. This position will be part of a special team that will work out of our two locations, Chick-fil-A Sunset Hills and Chick-fil-A Tesson Ferry. You will work closely with our Catering and Community Outreach Manager who will coordinate your schedule and assign orders to you. This position offers a great deal of flexibility as you are able to accept only the orders and times that work with your schedule.

Catering Assistant/Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all times
• Prepare catering orders in accordance with procedures and standards
• Prepare orders in a timely manner with a high attention to detail
• Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries
• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on a catering pick up order or on a catering delivery
• Maintain catering vehicle and delivery assembly area with a focus on cleanliness
• Work closely with Catering and Community Outreach Manager for specific instructions and guidance
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Work well with fellow Team Members and Leaders

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Able to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 15 - 35 lbs)
