Job Description

We’re hiring on my team at Discipleship Ministries (Agency headquarters of the United Methodist Church).

The role is Digital Experience & Content Specialist , and it’s all about helping us make sure our website is a place where people find what they need to equip and train millions of local church leaders each year.

This role:

• Is fully remote, great benefits, and we all sign off at 12:30 on Fridays.
• Manage daily website content, ensuring accurate placement, clear navigation, clear call-to-actions, responsive design, and adherence to accessibility and UX best practices.
• Assist with site improvements such as page templates, information architecture, usability, and digital project management to create cohesive, effective, user-centered experiences.
• Brings CX and UX principles into how we build and improve
• Works with marketing, IT, and program teams to create experiences that work for equipping millions for local church worship and development
• Works in Craft and Wordpress

This position reports to our Director of Digital Content (who reports to me).
