Integrated Communications Analyst

RUTH, the newest agency within Daniel J. Edelman Holdings, is looking for a Sr. Integrated Communications Analyst to help us push the boundaries of data, analytics, and innovation. Our agency blends tradition with fearless reinvention to drive impact in today’s rapidly evolving marketing landscape.

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll drive client analytic deliverables and managing measurement strategies, analytic storytelling, and serving as a trusted partner to our clients and internal teams. You will optimize integrated analytics across earned, owned, paid and shared activity while leveraging AI to enhance our overall analytic framework. Your focus will be on delivering excellence to our clients while supporting integrated communications measurement at Ruth.

This is a role for someone who can see both the forest and the trees, has a passion for data quality, can leverage AI to elevate the analytic workflow and be fluent in the details of dashboards and KPIs. We need someone who is bold enough to advise senior clients on how data should inform strategy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work with our global team of analysts to support daily reporting to clients on a range of topics and activity.
  • Serve as a strategic analytics lead on a range of integrated reporting deliverables that look across earned, owned, paid, and shared.
  • Support the activation of our client measurement frameworks that connect communications activity to brand reputation, culture, and business impact.
  • Translate performance metrics or brand conversation monitoring into clear, insightful reports that will support our client’s needs.
  • Monitor and interpret brand, competitor, and cultural conversations.
  • Partner closely with agency teams and ensure we can embed insights from brief development through post-campaign learning.
  • Build and refine dashboards and advanced data visualizations that are inspiring, predictive, and actionable.
  • Champion the integration of AI, automation, and predictive analytics into workflows—scaling insights with speed and precision.
  • Have a passion to grow and elevate your technical skills, storytelling ability, and client readiness.
  • Contribute to new business pitches by driving analysis around emerging trends, white space analysis or competitive research.

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years of experience in analytics, insights, or integrated communications strategy, ideally within an agency setting.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, behavioral economics, statistics, or a related discipline and a mind equally fluent in math and meaning.
  • A curiosity that doesn't rest and a drive to find what others miss.
  • Fluency in digital and social media analytics platforms like Talkwalker, Meltwater, NewsWhip, MuckRack, LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Analytics.
  • Mastery of data visualization tools like Tableau (or equivalent) and the storytelling instincts to use them well.
  • Experience building dashboards, structuring data, and designing AI-assisted workflows that are both scalable and flexible.
  • Passion and comfort with emerging AI tools from LLMs to machine learning to predictive analytics.
  • A right-brain/left-brain mindset, part artist, part analyst who can translate raw data into human truths.
  • The ability to explain the complex in simple, human terms and inspire action with your insights.

Pay range: $75,000 to $85,000/year USD.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
