Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data accurately into accounting software

  • Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system

  • Manage and respond to email correspondence using Microsoft Outlook

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical

  • Support general clerical functions including copying, scanning, and document management

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

  • Previous office or clerical experience preferred but not required

  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
