The Retail Guitar Repair Technician at Guitar Center is responsible for performing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in store inventory management. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, craftsmanship, and sales knowledge, enabling a positive experience for musicians and customers alike.
