Job Description:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Operations & Innovation Talent Acquisition team . This role supports high-volume recruiting operations with a strong focus on compliance, candidate experience, and process management.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in fast-paced recruiting environments . Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and familiarity with SmartRecruiters (ATS) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support a large volume of job requisitions across multiple business functions.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure efficient recruitment processes.
• Review resumes against job requirements and document candidate evaluations.
• Provide status updates to recruiters and team managers regularly.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state employment laws and company policies.
• Use SmartRecruiters ATS (or similar systems) for applicant tracking and reporting.
• Contribute to a strong employer brand by maintaining professionalism and candidate engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources or related field).
• Minimum 1–3 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience .
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment .
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Pharmaceutical/Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (SmartRecruiters, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.).
• Immigration recruiting experience is a plus.
